Roommate Policy: To secure a five bedroom townhouse, three individuals must complete all paperwork and pay all fees. Those three individuals then have ONE WEEK to bring in their fourth roommate and then ONE ADDITIONAL WEEK to bring in their fifth roomate. To secure a four bedroom townhouse two individuals must complete all leasing work and pay all fees. Those two individuals then have ONE WEEK to bring in their third roommate and then ONE ADDITIONAL WEEK to bring in their fourth and final roommate. In the event that roommates are not brought in during this time, Owens Lake Commons reserves the right to place roommates into the unleased bedrooms, relocate you to another unit, or cancel your lease. If you notify Owens Lake Commons that you do not have roommates, we will work with you to assist you in finding roommates if at all possible.

Deposit:  Applicant has deposited herein the REFUNDABLE sum of____________the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged. THE APPLICANT AGREES THAT WITHIN THE FORTY EIGHT (48) HOURS OF EXECUTION OF THE APPLICATION, THE DEPOSIT WILL BE RETAINED BY THE LANDLORD AND APPLICANT WAIVES THEIR RIGHT TO CANCEL THE LEASE. IT IS UNDERSTOOD THAT IF APPLICANT TAKES POSSESSION OF SAID UNIT WITHIN THE FORTY EIGHT (48) HOUR TIME PERIOD, TENANT WAIVES THEIR RIGHT TO CANCEL THE LEASE. Applicant agrees that this reservation deposit may not be applied as rent, and that the full month rent will be paid on or before the lease date.

Application Fee: Applicant understands that he/she is being charged a NON-REFUNDABLE Application Fee of $25.00.
