Those three individuals then have ONE WEEK to bring in their fourth roommate and then ONE ADDITIONAL WEEK to bring in their fifth roomate. To secure a four bedroom townhouse two individuals must complete all leasing work and pay all fees. Those two individuals then have ONE WEEK to bring in their third roommate and then ONE ADDITIONAL WEEK to bring in their fourth and final roommate. In the event that roommates are not brought in during this time, Owens Lake Commons reserves the right to place roommates into the unleased bedrooms, relocate you to another unit, or cancel your lease. If you notify Owens Lake Commons that you do not have roommates, we will work with you to assist you in finding roommates if at all possible.
